Total Care Maintenance Plan $4.95/Month
Total Care Maintenance Plan covers standard cords, co-axial cables, standard phone instruments, jacks, High-Speed Internet and Wireless High-Speed Internet modems, DTV modems, set-top-boxes and remotes, as well as all inside wiring for video, (DTV and Legacy), data and telephone. It will also cover service charges related to the maintenance of DTV, High-Speed Internet and/or telephone inside wiring.
The Total Care Maintenance Program will not cover routers, switches, hubs or other computer peripherals, pyramids or additional cables purchased by the customer. It will also not cover any (residential) customer-owned equipment or such devices as TV sets, computers, FAX machines, video game systems or the wires that connect these devices together, nor will it cover the replacement of batteries.
